Including demonstration videos with progressions and regressions
*will be shared each block
-Weekly 45 minutes Postpartum Return to Exercise Zoom RECORDING (recording of previously taught live class that progresses throughout the 12 weeks)
-Weekly check in
-Individual advice where needed

All new mums must be at least 6 weeks postpartum/10weeks post c-s
and cleared by GP to return to exercise.
If you are a new client or any of your previous answers have changed you must complete the questionnaire you will receive after booking. Please also arrange a phone consult.
