If you are looking for safe but effective strength and mobility work, with expert guidance and tailored modifications, a well-rounded mix of functional strength with a core and pelvic floor focus then this class is for you.

I teach the importance of  mobility, and breathing techniques for your comfort in pregnancy, mobility for birth and postpartum recovery.

If you enjoy being part of a community and meeting other mams to be.
