First in person class March 12th-May 28th
(no class 23 & 30 April)
12 week program, 10 classes
-Weekly in person class Thurs 11.45am
Including home program all on the app
-Weekly 45 minutes Postpartum Return to Exercise Zoom RECORDING (recording of previously taught live class that progresses throughout the 12 weeks)
-Weekly check in
-Individual advice where needed
-Nutrition advice
-Guidance on return to impact/running/sport
-Whatsapp group support

All new mums must be at least 6 weeks postpartum/10weeks post c-s
and cleared by GP to return to exercise.
If you are a new client or any of your previous answers have changed you must complete the questionnaire you will receive after booking. Please also arrange a phone consult.
